Link to Turn-by-Turn Directions in our GPS Mapper
This new feature adds a “Directions with Google Maps” or "Directions with Apple Maps" button in each map marker! When tapped, the user's native mapping app—Google Maps on Android devices and Apple Maps on iOS—launches turn-by-turn navigation for a specific marker.

NEW Category Colors in GPS Mapper
This new feature allows you to add custom backgrounds and text colors to each category on your GPS map. You can adjust these settings in your map editor, under the "Category on Screen" section. Reach out to your Engage by Cell representative to learn more about our GPS Mapper!

Pre-Schedule Individual Text Messages
No subscriber list, no problem! We’ve added a powerful new feature to our Text Messaging capabilities allowing administrators to pre-schedule individual text messages. Find this feature in the same place you previously scheduled bulk text messages.

Mark Text Chats as Unread
Avoid forgetting to respond and keep organized with the latest addition to our Text Chat dashboard. Mark unaddressed Text Chat messages as unopened to address at a later time. Find this option at the top of your chat box.
