Engage by Cell is Recognized as a 2026 Training Magazine Network Choice Awards Winner in the Authoring & Learning Design Tools Category
Minneapolis, MN – September 29, 2026 – Training magazine proudly recognizes Engage by Cell as a 2026 Training Magazine Network Choice Awards Winner in the Authoring & Learning Design Tools Category. The Choice Awards is the industry’s only crowd-sourced solution provider awards program, as voted on by our customers, learners, end users, and industry experts.
“This year’s overall voting was one of the most competitive to date, with close to 12,000 votes for nearly 300 providers. The best-of-the-best were clearly identified by their high rankings based on the effectiveness of their tools, platforms, and services,” notes Training magazine Editor/Publisher, Lorri Freifeld. “These provider organizations are standouts for their customer care, innovation, and training solutions that truly optimize, engage, and prepare learners. We’re excited to further recognize their dedication to ‘what’s next’ in our ever-evolving field of learning and development.”
Today’s authoring tools continue to play a prominent role, particularly as software applications, integrations, and technologies become increasingly sophisticated. They empower educators, instructional designers, and content creators to develop media-rich learning materials, including user-friendly interfaces, pre-built templates, and interactive elements.
“We are incredibly honored to receive this recognition from Training Magazine. Twenty years ago, we launched our original ‘Train by Cell’ platform with a simple but forward-looking idea: use the mobile phone to extend learning beyond the classroom and put training in people’s hands whenever and wherever they needed it.
The technology has changed dramatically since then, but our mission has not. Today, we’re proud to help more than 1,000 organizations use mobile technology to deliver training and information that is immediate, accessible and engaging. This award is especially meaningful because it recognizes a vision we’ve been pursuing for two decades.” - Dave Asheim, CEO & Founder
