Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Boosts Fundraising
Advancing the priorities of the global black community takes money. That’s why the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF) chose to use Engage by Cell's mobile technology at its Annual Legislative Conference in September each year.
“It captures people right in the moment,” reports Donna Fisher-Lewis, Senior Development Manager. Through a combination of text messaging, a mobile donation page, and screencast thermometer donors find giving easy and convenient. CBCF has raised anywhere from $20,000 up to $30,000 at different events using Engage by Cell.
For over fifteen years, Engage by Cell has worked with organizations supporting marginalized communities like The True Black History Museum, National Museum of African American Music, and Society of Women Engineers for fundraising, communications, and guided touring solutions.
